Our children's charity regularly gets urgent requests for help. For these cases we have to act quickly and have to have funds readily available to wire to a hospital when necessary. We don't often have time to raise funds when a child needs help right away. Recently, Matvey urgently needed open-heart surgery. Fortunately, thanks to donors like you, we had enough in our Emergency Fund available to help Matvey. He was successfully operated.
